Personalised hand-made cakes for any occasion

No special occasion is complete without a home-made cake. My cake designs vary from modern and stylish, to novelty and cartoon, to the more traditional. I make all my own decorations and sugar paste flowers.

All the cakes can be personalised to your specific needs.

Below is a list of flavoured sponges and fillings I make:

Sponges

Plain, Chocolate, Lemon, Coffee, Carrot, Cherry, Fruit,

Ginger and Banana

Fillings

Butter Cream - Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon and Fudge

Jam - Most Flavours and Lemon Curd

If you prefer fruitcake there is either a light or a dark option

Unless specified all cakes are covered in regal icing in a colour of your choice. You can also choose from royal icing, marzipan, chocolate paste and chocolate ganache (both chocolate options are available in either dark, milk or white varieties).

All fruitcakes are covered in a layer of marzipan and regal icing.
